Repost with full credit and link back to the site, PLEASE.

Thanks to @HeneciaThailand for sharing it on Twitter ^_^

(Hyun Joong left a massage place “Health Land” - all happy and radiant)

23.08.11

It was a nerve-wrecking experience to get ready and prepare myself for HJ’s arrival in Bangkok

It was my first time ever to get to meet Hyun Joong in real life. I was baffled with how we did it. I used to follow some of the bands I liked when younger but they all were western bands so the expression was completely different.

Anyway, i did went to the airport to welcome him like any other fans. It wasn’t a surprise to see fans and local fanclubs camping out there with their banners. The crowd was pretty impressive. I was waiting for him at Exit 10. Saw his black BMW and when i heard the scream, i knew this was it.

Hyun Joong emerged from the sea of crowd, sporting white top and black pants and of course his usual shades. He waved..yes he did. i managed to get only one photo of him. only one but it was worth it. When i first got a glimpse of him, i got goosebumps and felt the chill down my spine. My hands were trembling so hard that i couldn’t hold the camera properly. I took a snap shot and off he rode in his black BMW to downtown.

his car went back around in a detour for one more time but i was silly and too excited to notice lol.

i didn’t follow him to Dusit hotel where he would be staying and having his press conference as i didn’t have the pass and i would probably not see him anyway. I went back to Central World (CTW) and waited for his hi 5 event. Early fans came to reserve good spots already. They were everywhere from G floor up to 4th floor with their banners and stuff.

Hyun Joong arrived on time at 6pm on the dot. The event was pretty fast and too much commotion for me. He showed up his head-to-toe black outfit, with his orange/gold hair pulled up opening his doll face. I must say, he indeed has a flawless skin…radiant and charismatic. I didn’t hear the whole interview (if u can call that interview) because of the echo in the hall. GMM needed to be more organized though. Fans who lined up got messed along the way once the hi 5 started.

I didn’t remember anything much up on stage cos i was trying to focus on HJ. honestly, i dared not to look at him much. it was like oh my goshh…i wanted to speak to him but i forgot my line. A korean friend taught me a sentence and i noted it on my palm. silly me i couldn’t have a look since i gotta do hi 5! (i did hi 10 anyway) in the end, i ended up mumbling something non human except his name “hyun joong…i…erm…ha..ahh ermm” he smiled broadly, eyes rather perplexed (he did make an eye contact with fans) and nodded and said “De!” it was the most beautiful word i ever heard hehe before i got dragged away from the line.

The event went by so fast. all the commotion. Hyun Joong and the crew left at 6.30. He went to have dinner at Arirang restaurant on sathorn road. funny. a professor of mine commented that “why did he come here to eat korean food?” i told her that he would probably want some comfort food as he had been on a tour for almost two weeks now. She observed “if he keeps eating korean food when travelling overseas, he would forget where he is and may make a slip like “i love Taiwan” [instead of Thailand - it’s a common mistake foreigner celebrities often make]. i just laughed.

Henecians, she made a friendly joke don’t feel offended. I believe HJ is professional enough and real enough to be totally into the place where he travels to.

I did follow him to Healthland where he had a massage. I waited for 2 hours and i just saw a glimpse of him like 5 seconds. Honestly i went there because i didn’t remember anything much at hi 5. it wasn’t satisfying. HJ came out from his massage around 11pm-ish, all radiant and smiling. He waved to fans and rode back to his hotel.

Girls, what kind of massage do you think HJ had? Thai traditional massage (oh painful!) or mushy mushy aroma therapy massage to unwind at the end of the day? You never know...
